1. Shipping Origin
All our products are carefully handcrafted and shipped from our workshop located in Pakistan.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Because our products are handmade with care, each order requires a processing time.
- Handling Time: 3-5 business days.
- This includes crafting, quality checks, and secure packaging.
- During peak seasons or for large orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
